CREATING SEARCH & RESCUE data

The Outback Navigation Information System (ONIS) user can create and save daily "Search & Rescue" data with the single long press of the "Where Am I?" button on the map screen.

The user can shutdown the ONIS and remove the SD card to upload the OziExplorer format data to a incident command center.

The data saved consists of the daily Tracklog up until the point of saving and the current Waypoint t location.

Both daily files have meta data including the vehicle ID (configured in the settings menu), date, start time and end time and the default navy blue colour.
